FBI PCC Language - do you have the same?

Got mine today, directly from the FBI in Clarksburg, WV.

It's printed on white paper with the FBI watermark, and the text is:

"A search of the fingerprints provided by this individual has revealed no prior arrest data at the FBI. This does not preclude further criminal history at the state and local level"

The "state and local level" bit is normal, right? CIC aren't going to ask me for a state & local criminal records check, are they?

The FBI cert is the "federal" PCC of the USA.
