FBI PCC Creditcard no CVV required?

Guys,

I'm about to send out my fingerprints for FBI background check and have filled out the credit card payment form. Surprisingly, the form doesn't request my CVV anywhere.

The credit card I'm using it from out of USA (India CC). Will the payment work without CVV, or should I write down the CVV myself on the form somewhere?

Merchants are not required to run transactions with CVV codes. If that's the form, then you don't need it. Putting it on there won't hurt.

did anybody face this problem, for FBI PCC no CVV required, on the form it doesn't ask for CVV code ???
