FBI PCC/AOR

Hi

My FBI letter has a date of Oct 07 and my AOR date is March 05. I heard that PCC should not be older than 6 months; mine is exactly 150 days old (less than 6 months) at the time of submission.

Do they consider the time between PCC and AOR or PCC and when the BGC turns to in progress?

If you are currently not in the United States, then the letter must be dated after you exited the US. So it could be years old.

If you are currently living in the United States, the letter must be dated within 6 months of getting your ITA.
