Immigration Sent us a letter asking for her passport aswell as FBI clearnce again, they gave us a 60 day time limit to get it in,
because we sent in the application so long ago FBI doesnt have ger on file anymore,
so we have to redue her fingerprints and everything.
is there anyway to get the clearnce faster than 6 weeks

No, I don't think so. There were some people on these forums that reported using an FBI Channeler to get fingerprint reports quickly, but most all of those have since reported that they were not accepted by CIC. We just did my husband's FBI check and it took just over 4 weeks (not the 6 weeks that their website says).

Hope this helps,
Annie

1. Note that people who have used a Channeler have had the report refused and told to get the official FBI certificate.
2. New prints, and new fee to the FBI for report.

I agree, it was faster than the 5-6 weeks posted on the FBI's website.
