what code should I FILL in "REASON FOR FINGER PRINTED" BLOCK in form fd-258 ,if its for immigration to Canada ?

You don't really need to fill that one. If you want to, you can put whatever you had in the applicant information form. I had "live, work or travel in a foreign country" chosen in the applicant information form and left the space blank in the fingerprint form.

Just write for Immigration purpose to Canada. I did the same. I got the result in exactly 28 days. Best of luck.
