My wife and I applied for the spousal class sponsorship and I applied for FBI clearance paperwork at the same time as we initially applied. I have received it and I got the email for sending in additional material, but it doesn't give me an address to send in. It wants me to email my receipt for the RPRF fee which I just paid and am about to do, but it doesn't tell me where to send my FBI Clearance paperwork. This is what was in the email:
"In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
(My name):
> RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
> Passport/Travel Document: Please note, at this time, we are only requesting a copy.
> FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate
> Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
Instructions to obtain Police Certificates can be found on our website: .
You can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online by visiting: . Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format. Please send the receipt with your application number in the title to the following email . Please note that the RPRF ($490 per adult) is separate from the processing fees ($550 per adult and $150 per child) which were paid at the time of submitting the application.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. You have 90 days to submit your FBI clearance certificate or proof that you have applied.
If we do not receive a response within the time allotted to you from the date of this notice, a decision will be made based on the information on your file, which could result in the refusal of your application.
Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title."
Do I just scan the FBI Clearance form and make a pdf to email them or do I need to mail it in somewhere? I was hoping to give them a response tonight so a quick reply would be great. Thank you.
