Anybody who stayed in U.S for less than 6 months, received request for FBI clearance certificate from CIC?

Yes it happened to me stayed less than 6 months at a time and still got the FBI request

Kind of, still waiting for it CPC-O received my FBI certificate on May 02 and I still havent heard from them
