Hi,
I lived in the US and recently moved back to my home country. I finished the online application and mailed my documents. They were delivered a week ago, but my application still shows as 'incomplete'. Does anyone know if this is normal?
There may have been an issue with the delivery since the tracking shows the last two destinations as Pittsburg, PA and then just Clarksburg (no state). I have the delivery confirmation and the package was signed by 'Wagner'. The receiver's address is also correct on the proof of delivery. Do I need to prepare to resend my fingerprint cards or is it normal to not have any updates after you send your documents?
