Father's name different

Hello ,

I am in process of applying for Work Permit. I am supposed for fill IMM 5465.

There is a mismatch in fathers name

In my passport, fathers name is mentioned as first Name + Middle Name + last Name
But in all my fathers document, he spells with first Name + Middle Name and no last Name.

Additionally there is a spelling mismatch in first name between mine and his document (Mohammed in my docs and Mohamed in my father's docs)

Should I fill fathers name as per my passport or as per his documents in IMM 5465

I just want to know if it will impact anything in future like

1. My PR application in future
2. OR any visitor visa for my father as he will have to fill IMM 5465 again

You can also ask your dad to rename legally.

It will be very lengthy and hectic process to change name in all documents. Only thing is he does not use family name and I had used it in passport
