What are the chances of rejection for a student visa, if your father's IT RETURNS is less than 3 lakhs per annum..what are the alternatives for the succession as It is said less than 3lakhs income is risky for getting student visa sanctioned..plzz help me..

There must be some alternative naa..

Have already paid the tution fee of 1 year in advance and also a bank loan for accomodation costs..so is GIC necessary..?

Increase yours father income on IT file upto 5 lakhs and pay tax on that......
I will also advise you to add your mothers IT return file

generally these days GIC is preferred over loan, as VO will consider that u r a genuine student and have already paid all ur first year expenses. and ur dad's ITR value is less. if u already have got a loan then u can try, as getting GIC will waste another 15 days approx. and GIC deadline is near, so as visa dates.

so if u r applying for Jan 13, then apply for visa now, cause VFS recommend that u dont apply after Nov end, as they wont have enough processing time

Yes you are right..I have done enough with the funds requirement, but just worried about the possibilities of rejection as I have heard. So was just hoping to get any other options to minimise the risks..will be filing the visa in couple of days..

Just don't submit IT? It's optional

i agree with Josh... its not compulsory.. but its recommended as VO will want to know how ur expenses are being paid...

but i think not submitting ITR gives u better chances.. Ask seniors and other experts on this

applying under SPP, General or University category???

taking help from agent or applying on ur own?

done with medicals??

If fathers income is low, how did you arrange these funds? Better show that instead?

I have managed to get a loan and from other sources..

Yes i am applying with the help of agent and under SPP and done with the medicals..

If your father is employed with an employer, do there also u need to file ITR or just salary slips and employee's letter works out..without getting more into details..is it also cross verified.??
