I am a Permanent Resident in Canada, However, I need to apply for my Real brother to come over and join me in canada but the main problem is my father name is differ slightly from my passport to him or vice versa, Also these carries a long way in his studies and job credentials as well.my father name is
(1). Giridharlal on my passport and visa
(2). But on my brothers credentials and passport is Girdharlal (i missing on his).
How can I rectify these and apply a sponsorship to my real brother, Is there any way out of these by simply adding a letter or any law based solution to it.
Just an additional information on my mother passport as well, my father name spell as (2) Girdharlal
Please help me.
