Plan to invite my mother and father in Laws to visit us here in canada next Year Feb 2016, im the only one working while my wife does not work due to taking care of our 1yr child. Do you think they will be approved for multi visa or super visa, there planing to stay here just 4months. My salary is not enought to meet the LICO requirements, any advice on step by step procedures. Thanks

If your salary is not enough to meet LICO then a super visa won't be approved. They should apply for a regular (multi-year) visa. It's impossible for any of us to say if they will be approved or not.
