Hello,

We are a latin-american (south american) family looking the fastest (and with highest rate of success) program/way of getting a PR for us in any province of Canada. Maybe this sound weird but we don't have any province of preference, even the "worst" parts of Canada are by far better from here.

We are just in the planning step, looking the right way and it's requirements. We already had a talk with an official immigration consultor, but as you may know those talks are expensive and quick, so we ran out of time before getting all responses for our questions.

Our situation is basically this:

* Husband: 34 y'old, with a non-bacherlor diploma in Software Development, 10 years of work experience in local country. English level: B1, French level: 0, Spanish: Native.

* Wife: 33 y'old, with a bachelor diploma in Nursing, 10 years of work experience in local country. English level: 0, French level: 0, Spanish: Native.

* Kid1: 7 y'old. English level: 0, French level: 0, Spanish: Native for a kid of its age.

* Kid2: 5 y'old. English level: 0, French level: 0, Spanish: Native for a kid of its age.

The consultor basically told us that we have just a couple options to reach the PR, that because of our age and our languages levels. So he gave us just two options:

1) Get a job offer from a Canadian company (Low probability)
2) One of the adults must apply for a Student Permit (Medium-High probability)

With just two options in mind I think (but I'm not sure) the best option is to go directly with the Student permit, the downside of that is the money required, it will took us a couple years to save that amount or we should go and ask for a loan and pray to all gods in the world to ours plans become true and can pay the money living in Canada.

Having that in mind, I don't know if it's better (in terms of getting the PR) to apply for a study program in Quebec (I know there are colleges that give lessons in English) or in any other province? AFAIK in Quebec, if you finish the academic program and was able to reach a B2 level of French you can apply directly with your family for the PR, is that right? How does that work in the other provinces? What is required to do after graduation?

And my last question is about our kids, what are the benefits the government offer to them? Can they study? In the case of Quebec, they will receive French lessons (Francisation) before they start a formal Canadian education?

I will appreciate your help

Thanks
