Hi All,

I am noticing that there has been a quick turnaround from CIC for AORs in the recent past.
Curious to know if this has actually translated to faster processing (overall).

Members who got their AORs in 30-45 days, have any of you actually moved to the next stage (test invites etc).

Thanks

My personal opinion and observation is that AoR times have become fast but the overall end to end process is still slow or a work in progress. Might be more staff is assigned to get AoR's out faster. Data wise what leads me to this conclusion is the Jan 2015 applicant batch, as I am a Feb 2015 applicant I mainly keep an eye on their sheet to gauge and approximate when Feb should move. A very few 8 I believe have gone to In Process, doing a bit more back to Dec 2014 I see just about 50 percent of them are In Process as of early March, so they are still handling Dec application to the next stage.

CIC increased application fee since Jan 1 2015 , so definitely more staff would have been hired at CPC Sydney , thus faster processing of AOR . However , the increased processing for rest of the processes cant be warranted at this stage .Wait for another 2-3 months to have a clear idea .
