Hello
I discussed my case with veteran Immigration consultant in Pakistan that I applied for Canadian Immigration as a skilled worker in November 2008 and got immigration file number in February 2009. I have 4 year bachelor degree in "Chemical Engineering" degree from recognized institute of Pakistan and also have four (4) year work experience in sales and marketing department of oil and gas company.
My relevant details are as follow:
I am 34 years old male and have one spouse and two kids. Me and my
spouse are fluent in English and my spouse has got graduation degree
by completing her 14years education. I applied under NOC code # 2134

Consultant told me that my case is still in que which is normal track and would get its turn in 3-4 years

I need to confirm this thing that

Is there only track which is fast track ( for specific 38 qualifying profession ). As i have got my immigration file number in february 2009 ,then would Immigration office keep my case in regular track which includes all occupations , mentioned in NOC , and proceed my case accordingly. I am not very much excited that my case would execute through fast track only and very much comfortable with regular track also which takes 3- yrs.

I need expert opinion in this matter.

Thanks
AIG

all the FSW applications submitted after February, 27 2008 come under fast track, provided they meet the ministerial instructions for FSW. did the immigration consultant not tell you that NOC 2134 is not on the list of eligible occupations for FSW-category1? see this link.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

however, you could apply under NOC 2134 if you a job offer from a canadian employer.
