Fast Refugee Eligibility Interview

Hi .. I have one question about my brother’s refugee claim . He had an eligibility interview on 28 th April 2022 and they took biometrics and seized his passport that day but they didn’t issued any refugee ID to him . He was asked that he will be contacted to return for the interview within four weeks . But we haven’t received any email from them yet .. do any of you have the same experience or could you please guide me in this case that how long it’s gonna take

Please, what happens at the eligibility interview with CBSA? , I submitted my passport at airport already, did biometrics and filled certain forms, then was allowed in to submit on ircc portal and do medicals.
