Family visit

Dears,

I need your help,recently I applied for TRV-family visit and I got the rejection reasons of:
1.immigration status in country of resident.
2.family ties in canada or country of resident.
3.having legitimate business purposes in canada.
4.(other)your spouse has no legal status in canada.

First of all the first 2 reasons I need to know exactly whats the explanation of it and how can I solve it.
The third one I don't know from where he think that I have business in canada while I don't have anything!!
Iam Palestinian living in United Arab emirate and working in a bank with good salary.on March 2017 my wife entered canada from USA as she was pregnant as I was planning to change my job she can't go back to Palestine so she went to canada and I got baby boy and he got the nationality.now I joined the new bank and I applied for family visit to see my family but it's rejected, my wife status is legal and she got work permit for 2 years and her PR application has been processed but she didn't get the PR Card yet.how can I get the visa as I need to see my family for 20 days only and the funds availabel in the account was 32k canadian dollar

How did your wife obtain the work permit? Did she get a full time job offer in Canada and her employer obtain an approved LMIA so that she could apply for a closed work permit? Has she applied for PR through the refugee or H&C program and this is how she has obtain a work permit? Something else?

By refugee she got the work permit and she is not working ,she just stay at home for the new baby(6 month old).

Chances are you won’t get a TRV given your wife’s refugee claim. You will need to wait until your wife sponsors you for your PR and it is approved. They suspect if you come to Canada, you won’t leave.

This is what I gussed but the issue is the PR application for me it will take time and even for my wife I think maybe it will take 6 months then she will apply to me with another minimum 1 year so total 1 and half year minimum or what you think?I didn't see my baby from September 2017 and another 2 years more!!is it fair?do you have any information about PR application processing time for refugee specially from syria?
