Hello All,
My family is coming to visit me (they already have a visa and they came to Canada 3 times already) - all the other trips we always stayed in hotels, so they had the booking confirmation. This time they gonna stay at my apartment, I don’t know if I can write an invitation letter and send my Drivers License + Work Permit. Cause last time they came the only thing the officer asked was proof of stay.

They never mentioned they’re coming to visit me, just vacation as tourists.

If they have approved TRVs then they come to Canada. Why do you need to write a letter of invitation?

As I said above, last 2 times they came, during the immigration process in the airport, the only document that was requested was PROOF OF STAY (Hotel or Airbnb reservation) - this time they will stay at my place, How they can prove this?

Lease with address and letter of invitation.

Good, my main question was if it will not be a problem for them, cause I'm refugee claimant - I'm afraid they refuse their entry because of my status, assuming they will claim refugee like me.
They have approved TRVs and you say they have entered many times so not sure what the issue is.

Any tourist is at risk of being denied entry everytime they try to enter Canada. They should be prepared to show they can fund their stay and have strong ties showing they will return home. Misrepresenting their stay and not mentioning that they are visiting you could actually create more problems than mentioning you. IRCC should be able to see you are related in their system and they will also wonder why your family keeps on visiting the same city in Canada which is a very unusual travel pattern if a general tourist without visiting friends/families. You only claimed asylum less than a year ago the system may not have flagged that you were related for some of the previous visits.
