Hi

My husband and I will be a year married soon. My family is fond of him and his family is quite fond of me too.
Our application is still in process as you can see it was submitted in December 7th 2016.
My parents and my oldest sister both wrote letters which they signed and got notarized, i figured it is not too late to send them, and what should be the best route? Should we submit via specific case enquiry and email. Should we mail them the originals or hold on to them? If so, where? Mexico? Or Mississauga? My husband and I also want to write each other letters to show our feelings for each other, now that it has been a year we married. Is that a good ides?

Thanks ☺️

You can send them via IRCC web form (Case Specific Enquiry): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

You probably should have submitted them with your application, but until they decide, you can always provide a case update. Be aware it may delay your case a little. No one can say for how long. So if you feel there is a value add that makes it worth it, go for it.

Best of luck!

Why would it delay it if it helps them make a decision?? I did not include them because i never knew about doing that at the time...we met in January 2016, and well getting married in April 2016 will certainly raise red flags even if we are quite genuine with our relationship

They have to reevaluate the case in light of new evidence you supply..

Hmmm still dont get how two letters of support would slow down the process. What is there to evaluate? We are still at the eligibility stage
