Is it your brothers or your mother's brothers? If your mother's brothers and father, then you can't be sponsored by them. You must immigrate on your own merit.
Cost is just one factor to immigrate. To even submit a profile, your parents need to take IELTs tests (minimum CLB7) and get their education/degrees assessed (ECAs). They need a minimum 67+ points to even submit a profile. If eligible, they want a CRS score of 470+. If they have masters and phDs and have a bilinigual in both languages, there is a chance. Then if you get an invitation, you need to show a minimum of $27,000 Cdn. These funds don’t include all the costs to apply, take tests, ECAs, medicals etc.
