It depends when the application was originally submitted. Processing takes around 12 months. The medical and fingerprints are provided earlier on in the process.

Thats fine, but after medical it takes three months to get the visa. I saw this on the canadian visa website, it was mentioned there. Right?

No. Approximate time for the whole process is 12 months.
