My husband called Cic and was told by the close of February they will get to him.

My husband got a letter of approval yesterday and it was stated that the file will be forwarded to Ghana Cic office. Now my question is what is the next process that I will undergo in Ghana as the applicant.

The whole rest of it. They'll process everything and either contact you if they need more info, contact you for an interview, and/or approve you.

Your husband got his sponsor approval. You won't hear anything from CIC now for a long while, unless they need documents.
