My question is.... Do we send the 'Use of a representative ' form and 'common law' form with our application and leave them blank and not check them off on the Document Checklist?? Because they don't apply to us. We are married and are not using these forms. But should we still send them?

Thanks in advance for the info.
Any help ASAP!!!

if you send them, don't leave them blank. write N/A over it.

You have 2 options. you can just write N/A on the checklist for those documents OR you can write N/A on the checklist AND include them with N/A on the paper. If you don't write N/A, CIC will probably assume it's a mistake and either send your package back or request additional documents.

I didn't sent n/a forms.
Just left them blank on checklist as well and marked only things I have included on my application.
