Family sponsorship/ outland/ Document request within 45 days

I am a Canadian living in Japan. I have been approved to Sponsor My wife for PR. My wife's Part of the application is '' In Process'' since the end of May 2015. My wife received an email for additional information within 45 days. We have submitted all the information already
that they asked for (medical, police certificate etc.) in our application so Im not sure if we need to reply to this email. Although it says to reply within 45 days. We received this email 30 days ago and Im getting worried we have made a mistake.

We also will be returning to Canada in one month. If her application is not approved by then, Should we make an address change before we move or wait until we get back to Canada? If I understand we can use the Change of address online if we're in Canada, but outside Canada we have to Contact a Visa Office..

You shouldn't just ignore their request. You will need to contact if you believe your medical/police certificates are still valid. They may need you to do them again anyway. If I were, I will send case specific inquiry in addition to making all the required documents ready. So if they truly need them from you again, you will have them prepared. Otherwise, you will be requesting for extension which they do grant.
