You don't need to change your ID. How old is your son.
If you haven't filed tax. Do you work or no?
If you never filed tax, then write a letter stating, that you have never filed taxes and thus cannot provide option c print out.
If you do work, provide job letter, pay stubs etc

he is 5 yrs old. yes i work im filing my income tax this month. should i need to do anything about my marital status in canada?

Oh yes call the canada revenue agency right away and tell them, you got married on this date (whenever you were married).
Did you get married on/before Dec 31, 2014, if you haven't then you don't have to put married in 2014 tax year.
If you were married then you need to write married in tax forms and what ever your husband income was for 2014 year.

thank you! i will do it right away and file my income tax how much fees should i pay for sponsoring my husband and son? there is sponsor fee and pr fee

The fees is sponsorship fee, pr fee, and principal applicant fee. I am not sure about your son, but I think there will be a charge for your son to.

GUYS does anyone know, if there will be a charge for her son.
