Hi my wife an i been married 2years now shes a canadian citizen,we are now gathering information for family sponsorship but not sure which forms to full out the Inland canada or Out land canada. We need to get some infor, keep in mind that i never been to canada before an am from Trinidad so she does all the traveliing which is hard.
So my question is should we apply in Trinidad or have her submit the forms in canada.
Also which application should we apply Inland or Out land thanks so much just need someone help

If you are not physically present IN Canada, you cannot submit an Inland application.

Sounds like an Outland application is your only option. Just so you know, even with an Outland application EVERYTHING is sent together (all forms, supporting documents, the proof of your marriage, etc.) all gets mailed in one `big' envelope (or box) to Mississauga, Ontario (Canada) and then they [CIC] sends your part of the application to Trinidad.

Good luck!

The sticky at the top of the family sponsorship forum has helpful information on Inland vs. Outland:

If you apply outland it looks as though your application will go through Port of Spain, you can check out the thread for that visa office here:

Just one more thing so can my wife submit the application in canada or i should submit it in trinidad, because anyway you look at it the immigration in Trinidad will still have to send it to canada an then back to trinidad again

All applications are sent to Mississauga.

Have a look on the Post of Spain forum ... This will give you some ideas of how people from Trinidad have filled out the forms. Love Trinidad by the way :D
