Hello I have been deported from USA
My wife is moving to Canada
Can she apply for me to come to Canada
I was deported because Judge had found frivolous finding on my application and put permanent bar
I do not have any felony or misdemeanor

Please advise

It depends how your wife is moving to Canada. Does she already have Canadian citizenship? Is she applying for PR? Is she moving to Canada on a work permit?

She is applying to go there on business
Real estate investment
And than apply for PR
If she gets a PR than she wants to apply for me as dependent
But since I was deported will she be able to apply me for PR

Yes she should be able to able to sponsor you as a PR. Given that we don't have all the information regarding your deportation and it doesn't seem to be a simple case of living illegally or overstaying so nobody can tell you for sure. You should probably consult a lawyer regarding your situation before starting this lengthy process.
