Please can I submit a family class for my wife who’s outside of Canada online or is it done through mail alone?

There is a very new process to submit online, so yes, you can submit online but not a lot of people have experience with the online process nor am I aware of anyone who has had PR approved after online application yet, as it is so new.

Thanks. I just spoke with IRCC now and the agent confirmed that I could do it. Hopefully it works fine
