I'm applying myself under experience class I'm wondering if I get accepted and I'm married to someone with Canadian citizenship can I sponser my sister and her family (husband and two children)

My oldest niece has diabetes would this impact anything in the Sponsership when it comes to a medical examination?

No - unfortunately you cannot sponsor your sister through the Family Class stream.

If your sister wishes to immigrate she would have to qualify through one of the other immigration streams such as Federal Skilled Worker or the Provincial Nominee Programs.

You should use the government site since this is the only web site where you can be guaranteed the information is accurate.

If you don't have time / don't feel comfortable reviewing this information yourself, then you can hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to assist you.
