Hello Sir/Madam,

we got our Family PR in the year 2012 and my family stayed in Canada for 2 month in the year 2012 after that due to family emergency need to stay back in India and was not able to make it. In between my wife conceive and a daughter was born in 2014 where we have applied for my daughter visa and still awaiting for the same. Now i.e in Feb 2017 we are planning to travel to Canada and get settle can we do it as the visa will expire in the November 2017. Please advise?

You are unfortunately going to have significant problems because on the basis of the information from your post, you are not in compliance with the residency obligation requirements. This means the following.
1) you may be reported at some point and PR revocation processing started.
2) you can't sponsor your new child until you are back in compliance with the residency obligation.
3) the expiration date on the PR Card is irrelevant when calculating the residency obligation requirements.

What 'visa' have you applied for, for your daughter, and when?
