Hello, I will be applying for Citizenship in 2 months for me, my wife and 22 months old son (US Citizen). Only 2 of us will be meeting 1095 days rule. Can I still add my Son into my family application for citizenship?
Thanks

Yes your son can be included on your application if he is a PR.

Got a question about PCC from USA.
I migrated to Canada as a PR (express entry) from USA in Jan 2020 and provided FBI PCC at that time. Before Jan 2020, I lived in US for about 4 years. Do I need to include the FBI PCC again (new one) for citizenship application?
If I understand the example-1 given on IRCC website, then I do not need to provide the PCC and just explain them that I had already submitted one at the time of PR application.

"You lived in France for one year (365 days) before you became a permanent resident 3 years ago. You did not travel to France after you became a permanent resident. You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from France if you did not provide one with your immigration application. If you provided a police certificate from France with your immigration application, tell us this in the box provided at Question 10b."

Please let me know.
Thanks

If you provided the PcC with your PR application you don’t need to provide another one.

Thanks again for the quick response. Yes me and spouse provided FBI PCC. I will explain that in the box. Should I still attach that older same PCC just for the records or not needed at all?

Hi-
I have a question regarding Physical Presence. I am applying online and at the step of Physical Presence calculation. Calculator is calculating 0 days for an overnight trip to US. For ex: I am entering Date left Canada: March 14th 2022 and Return Date to Canada: March 15th 2022 for a US trip. Calculator at the end shows 0 days for these type of overnight trips to US.
Is this an error from their side or is it really 0 days for an overnight trip to US?
Thanks

it's correct. Both day that you left Canada and the day you returned to Canada count as day spent in Canada. So you were 0 days outside of Canada.
