Family Name/Given Name on travel documents questions

I have a question about filling in applications.

The form asks for my family name, exactly as shown on passport or travel document.
I've changed my last name to my husbands, but I haven't replaced my passport.

Would I put my current family name? Or the one on my passport which is my old family name prior to marriage?

The name you use in the application needs to be exactly the same as the name in your passport. You can't use your married name.
