Family Name for Son is not specified in Passport

Hi Friends,

In My Son's Passport Family Name is not given.But when I am leaving that space empty in Main Form, it does not validate.Shall I enter Not Applicable??

If you do not have a surname on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field, write “not applicable” or “N/A” in the given name field

Form won't accept "N/A" as / is not allowed. So, you may enter passport's "Given Name" in Form's "Family Name" field. AND enter "not applicable" in the "Given name/s" filed of the form.
However, others suggested on the forum that, "Given name/s" field can be left blank.
My sincere advise would be to correct the names in passport.
