Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working with international project as Office Secretary since July 2009. I am earning a reasonable amount and my total worth in hand is about 3 millions of Pakistani Rupees. I have a strong bank statement from August 2016 to February 2019 about 18 millions minimum. But the problem in now that I am an Ahmadi belonging to Ahmadiyya Community. My immediate boss was a foreigner (Venezuelan Citizen). He has left on 30 November 2018 and now I am under Pakistani National.

In past the Pakistani employees try to sent me home by making false statements but my Boss conducted an independent inquiry and found me innocent and cleared my name. They try many times to replace me as I am Ahmadi but nothing has been done due to Foreigner. Now I am afraid that they will sent me home any time and I cannot enter in this business as I have worked all well known Engineers of Pakistan and everyone know that I am an Ahmadi. (the inquiry reports are available with me).

Now I am worried for my family that the survival in Pakistan is very difficult. I want your kind guidance that which option will be better for me.

I will find a business or Job in Canada in no times after immigration as I have a well experience with a Multinational Project (more than nine years).

Please guide me in this regard.

I suggest you edit your post to remove your personal information. This is a public forum.

You would need to obtain a TRV to travel to Canada to claim asylum or leave Pakistan and be recognized by UNHCR as a refugee. If recognized by UNHCR, they decide where you end up resettled, so it probably wouldn't be Canada.

Unfortunately this isn't enough money to apply for business immigration. You need several hundred thousand to a few million in Canadian dollars.
