I applied for PNP and just got med request.
Now I am working in canada BUT my family members are still in Korea.
They are not accompanying with me but still want to go for the medical exam.
When my family goes to the med exam, they need the bring the IMM1017E which only my information filled in.
How does the clinic recognize they are my family ? Do they need to fill another form in the clinic?
And if they get the exam in my country(korea) they will send their result to philippine visa office ( my visa office is cpp ottawa)
Will it be a problem?

So my point is when the family members are getting the medical exam in different country... how does it work?
Please HELP

By family members you mean just your spouse and dependent children, right? They are the only ones that need medical. No other family members do. Ones that are required to do the medical, most likely just need to show some basic ID at the doctors office. Best to call the doctors office before they go to ask (i think some require to bring immigration photos).

The doctors office will send the medical results to one of the regional medical offices (RMO) in the world. It doesn't matter which one it goes to, as with the receipt the doctor will give to each person after medical is done, it has the medical file number and any visa office can get medical results based on that.
