Family Information Form

Hi,
I have just been sent a letter by Sydney immigration for the final step to getting my PR for Canada...(exciting)
There are 3 steps:
1. Fill out Family Information form
2. send passport or photocopy of passport (Aussies are visa exempt therefore only photocopy needed)
3. 2 x photos of me and family members.

My question is where would i locate/ or what is the Family Information form? It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has information on this step.

They should tell the form number they're talkjng about. It seems to be"Additional Family Information" form, you'll find it in IRCC website in the application package for your category. But you should double check anyway.

The form actually came with the email... I didn't realise. Rookie mistake!
