Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can provide me with some advice or at least their own opinion.

I'm literally ready to mail my completed PR application but I'm worried about the Additional Family Information form (IMM5406).

Basically, I have 3 half-brothers/Sisters which I'm estranged from, I don't really know much about them. After some family digging I could probably get some info to put on this form.

Here's my dilemma, I didn't provide any of their details for either or the previous 2 work permits I've had. The section on all these family forms states that the info will form part of my immigration record and will be used to verify my family details on future applications.

So my big question is, do I include them now or continue as I have previously and not include them?

I dont know about family but personal 10 years history is difficult to fill, cause i cant remember everything what i did..

Provide CIC with as much information as possible. Gather everything you can get and put it in the form, then attach a small
letter explaining the situation you're in and the reason why or why not you're missing information and details.
