i would like to ask if its okay to apply for a family immigrant with PR even if my family name in the passport is not yet change to my husband family name? I am the main applicant and I want us 3 to move to canada together.

Gretchen Mae T. Baga - Me main applicant
Sebutezar T. Bacani - Husband
Briseus B. Bacani - Son (2yrs old)

Yes that's fine. It would be easier to change your name first but no need.
