Family extend visitor

Hello
I just got my work permit 2 weeks ago and right now I'd like to let my family (spouse and dependent) stay in Canada without any problem.
I dont know what should I do next. Should I apply for a Visa extension or what?
They are with me in canada with the TRV.

Depending on your NOC/Skill Class (NOC A, B, 0) your spouse can be eligible for an open work permit that allows her to work for any company. As this is tied to your WP, then the duration of the open work permit for the spouse is the same as that of your WP.

As for your dependent, either you can extend their stay by filing application to extend the current stay as a visitor, or apply for a study permit for them. Again, the duration will likely follow your WP.
