[Family CUAET, need help according to Visa requrements and their own document's problem]

Greetings!

My family applying to CUAET since March 2023.

When i start to fill in family group request of CUAET application, my grandparents wish to move in Canada as well, but, at current time my grandfather has a problem with health and decide to stay at home. So my grandmother will stay with him.

Grandparents in mutual visa-group with my mom, aunt and my own two my sister and one brother. While i fill in application on past March, i direct that my grandparents will arrive in Canada, and.... will it have negative decision for successful for whole family moving to Canada that they don't come together?

Second question is:
when i complete the CUAET application i write her national passport only (it allowed), and when portail IRCC required me to write her international ID number i direct only national ID number instead international. So, now her international passport ready to collection and located in Turkey's Ukrainian council department. But, she must to provide her passport for VAC during next 30 days until 05 August 2023.
My mom not has a passport as well, so they do not go to Turkey cause they don't ready. They would go together when passport my mom will ready to collection and it will be at middle of August.

I sincerly need your reccommendation, what to do, what decision to make? Is my aunt should go to Turkey immediatly to collect her international ID? And, if she recieve it, how i can edit information to notify IRCC about document chanches, that Visitors of Canada should provide International ID for go to Canada....

They located in Crimea, so the nearest VAC in Rostov-on-Don and nearest Ukrainian council in Turkey, and international ID my aunt in Turkey as well.

Would be better for you to apply without grandparents being principal applicants if they do not plan on coming to Canada. Normally a principal applicant must arrive before or with the other applicants. You could also try and request that the primary applicant be changed to your mother for example. You can send in a webform indicating that the applicants passport is not ready and you are unable to submit the passport in 30 days. I would submit the passport as soon as you receive it.


Do you have any contacts in Canada that can provide housing for you on arrival? Does your mother and aunt speak English or French? How old are their children? Will they be able to work full-time or do the children need daycare or are they too young to be left at home alone? As many Ukranians discover on arrival to Canada finding affordable housing is extremely hard and even with one person working full-time it may be very difficult to live in Canada depending on their income level. I would suggest trying to make contact with organizations working with Ukrainians arriving on CUAET to see if they will be able to provide free housing on arrival or a host family until the mothers are able to find employment and hopefully afford to pay for their own housing and be able to find their own affordable housing. What city are you planning on relocating to? Choosing a city that is more affordable and where there is a large Ukrainian community that may be able to host your family for free or provide short term free housing will be very important. Many Ukrainians, especially mothers will children or seniors, are finding it very difficult to afford to live in Canada or find affordable childcare so they can work and many have returned to Ukraine. It is important to reach out to organization before and do your research about cost of living versus financial support that you qualify for. Canada is a wonderful country but is very expensive so it is challenging to live off of one income on a work permit especially if the income is relatively low and you have multiple children. Have the mothers been working in Ukraine? What type of work and what are their education backgrounds?
