I am an Indian National currently working in Oman. I had applied for Canadian immigration through family class sponsorship (as my wife is Canadian) at Abu Dhabi embassy. We received confirmation for acceptance and were requested to send my original passport with a few documents for final processing.
However, it has been more than three weeks and we have not heard from them. The process was not suppose to take more than 10 days (as mentioned on the document that was emailed).
Has anyone been through a similar experience. We are quite confused.
