I am permanent Resident , Recently I lost both my parent and I have brother who is 18 is there any category I can sponsor my brother, I am single and I have no relatives in Canada.My brother is in Home country studying.

Can I appeal in Humanitarian and compassionate grounds.

You should sponsor him through the other relative class not H&C.
