Family Class Sponsorship: can my brother bring me to canada

I am 25 years old , and i want to travell to canada . can my brother who live there and have citizenship . he is married, but no he is alone there no parents no brother or sister . can he bring me ?
if it is yes how much time it took ? average time . !

No - he cannot sponsor you since he is married.
