Family Class Sponsorship: About Processing time in Singapur.

Hi All,
I am new member in this fourm and i Would like some guidance on how understand CIC Processing time. I Sopnsored to My Wife Jan/2012from Toronto and they(Mississauga)received my wife application as a sponsor on February 6, 2012.and they
started processing application on May 9, 2012. My Question is from where i should counting the time? Is that the day they Recived application or the day they Start Processing?

and when i applyed for my wife its was 21 Months bt as it now Singapur takes 26 Months? so My question is which one gonna apply for my situation? if any one let me know i'll really appreciate your help. thank you so much

U have to count from the date which singapore received ur application so u can start from middle of February.

did they start processing ur file on 09 / may / 2012 or 09/ may 2013 ?

So as you told me, July 9th it will b 14Months so how long I have to wait at least 21 months or 26th months? When I applied it was 21 Months into situation. Thank you so much

i think i miss understood ur file ,

i want to ask u when did they approve ur file ?

starting time will start from the time they send ur file to singapore that means the time Singapore receive ur file , which means after sponcership approval

when u check ur ecase what is ur status for sponsorship and what is the status for permanent resident
, i think under sponsorship u must see decision made and what u see under permanent resident application receive or In process?

join us in this page , this page is for Singapore visa office , there u can be update wt is going on.

if under permanent resident in ecase is showing in process then u can see the date , since when they start processing ur file , after that i think will take 2 to 6 months more.

also u can join singapore separated sheet, add ur timeline . we r a group there which all can help each other.

we have 2 stage infront of us , first stage is sponsorship approval , 2nd stage is pr which will take 26 month , first stage is between 1 to 3 months.

Hi

When did they send u ur approval letter ? in that email they will mention we approved ur sponsorship and we transfer ur file to Singapore.
then 2 week after that Singapore will receive ur file.

Ur sponsorship status has been Decision made. sponsorship processing is going fast always , the part will take long time is stage 2 which is permanent Resident .
when they start processing ur file Ur Permanent resident status will be change from Application Received to In process.

In ur case i think u have to count from the middle of may , but don't worry u will get it sooner that 26 months,

Why don't u Order GCMS note then u can find out what is going on with ur file ?
