Family class sponsorship 2019 - Regarding IMM5669 handwritten signature

Hello all
I recently submitted my application package for my parents for family class sponsorship 2019
And I realised that IMM5669 (background declaration form for each of my parent) doesn't have the handwritten signatures of my parents (although it is electronically signed)..
Please guide what should i do -
1) call CIC and resend the entire application package
2) upload to the IRCC web form

They cant find your application so calling wont help. People have in the past uploaded the updated copies through web form using Receipt Number generated when you pay service fees but again this method can be a hit or a miss since your file does not have an application no. or UCI. Worth trying though for sure.

oh i see..
How about i only send the updated forms (both imm 5669 hand signed) - physically by mail ?
i will attach my cover letter, invitation letter and fees receipt so they can reference it back to my original application
Its only been a week since the application has been submitted

You can try but with the sheer amount of mails they get on a daily basis, possibility that it might end up in a pile of files waiting to be processed rather than actually being attached to your existing file there.
