Hi,

I have an auntie living in Toronto for over 20 years. Can anyone tell me if she can sponsor me to come over and work and possibly get residency.

Many thanks

Doubtful. Does she have a husband, children, brothers, sisters, parents, etc alive?

cheers Amikety

yes, she has two sons and one daughter with two of them having kinds of their own living in Canada, her husband also lives with her. She has two sisters and one brother in Ireland and one brother in the UK. Parents are deceased.

She can't sponsor you. If you wish to immigrate you'll have to qualify independently.

There are no provisions to sponsor a niece/nephew in Ontario or Federally if she has living children and/or spouse
