Hello, the CIC website says processing times for outland spousal permanent residence applications is sitting at 15 months. Last year it was posted at 11 months. Can anyone comment if their application was processed more quickly? I'd like to know the best case scenario simple cases with married spouse and no complications issues with paperwork. Thanks.
