Family class effects on new system in 2015

Hello! Does anyone know what is coming in January 2015? I heard there's a new system being made and the embassies (ie ABU Dhabi) in my case are working quickly and issuing visas ASAP! Can someone tell me in detail?

The new system is Express Entry. It will impact some/all economic immigration classes. It will have no impact on family class.
