I was wondering how long the delays are now for this application?

I am sponsoring a dependant child - UK Citizen living in UK. I filed the application before he turned 22 years old this year.
With the present Covid 19 situation, I am wondering how far behind they are opening applications and sending Client Id #'s through the mail or emails.
I still have to go through Quebec Immigration afterwards but knowing I am accepted as a sponsor by the Federal would be such positive fantastic news!
Would love to hear your comments and delays even for cases filed before Covid outbreak.
