I got a email from cic regarding my SOWP application that:
[ Specifically, your response of "No" to the question, "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?" withholds material information regarding the outcome of previous immigration history in Canada. ]
But the thing is that I had never applied for any Visa before this application. I have to respond within 30 days. How can I prove it? Or What should I write in email?

No I am doing my own application and no one had earlier applied on my behalf.

It is possible that your parents applied for a visitor visa when you were a minor that was refused?

I got my passport in 2019 and before that no one could have applied for my visa without a passport.

When you were a minor / child it's possible your parents could have applied. Are you 100% sure there's no chance that happened many years ago?

I assume you have no refusals from any other countries. And I assume you've never been refused entry into a country.

If you are sure that neither of the above is possible, then you should respond and state that you have no refusals. Say that you got your passport in 2019 for the first time and have never applied for a visa of any kind (to any country) until now.
